It won't be long until South Korean tech giant Samsung Electronics will unveil yet another new member of its latest Galaxy S8 family, the Galaxy Note 8 phablet, and latest leaks reveal device's color options and official wallpapers.
The first leak comes from AndroidHeadlines website, and if it turns out to be real, we're looking at eight color variants for the Galaxy Note 8 model, including Midnight Black, Orchid Gray, Arctic Silver, Gold, Coral Blue, Dark Blue, Deep Sea Blue, and Pink.
The second leak comes from Vietnamese news site SamsungVN.com and reveals the official wallpapers that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 smartphone will have pre-installed by default. The archive can be downloaded right now from here and contains a total of 13 wallpapers with both abstract images and real photos.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be announced on August 23, 2017
Samsung is expected to officially unveil the Galaxy Note 8 smartphone in about two weeks from today, on August 23, 2017, but it might not be shipped with all eight colors options on day one, as it happened with the Galaxy S8 and S8+ models earlier this year.
As for the specs, latest leaks suggest Galaxy Note 8 has a massive 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display with 1440x2960 pixels resolution and 18.5:9 aspect ratio, 6GB RAM, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Octa-core processor, dual camera system, a 3,300 mAh battery, and, as expected, an S Pen stylus.
As you can see from the leaked image below, the S Pen will have the same color as the device. It is expected that the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 device to go on sale in the United States and South Korea first starting September 15, 2017, and then come to other parts of the world later this year.
