According to the technical site "theverge" that Samsung has decided to test this new application to combat this phenomenon, which cause concern and fear of many users.
The new application has the ability to use the sensors of the device to determine the location and conclusion of the movement of the owner, and then alert the caller or send a text message telling him "I am driving now and I can not reply now."
